The plot we present in this advertisement was originally intended for the construction of an additional residential house 'for children'. Due to the fact that the neighboring plot is already built up and for the next one nearby (364/2) building conditions have already been issued for the construction of a residential building, there should be no problems obtaining building conditions for the plot we present. We, due to our departure, had to give up our plans regarding the development. Some time ago we handed over to 'good hands' our now neighbors (very nice by the way :)) a house with an orchard and vineyard, as well as the adjacent plots for which building conditions have already been prepared. We are left with only one plot, the one in this advertisement. For us, it is a beautiful place that we had to leave with regret. The nice thing is that all the plots creating 'our' Forest Glade have ended up in the good hands of people who love peace, nature, and silence. And now we are also looking for such people in love with nature and peace, but requiring quick access to so-called 'civilization', that is, the city (Rzeszow) and highways and airports (Expressway No. 19 and A4 motorway and Rzeszow Jasionka Airport). The plot is located a few minutes drive from the Rzeszow highway bypass and the international Rzeszow Jasionka Airport. The village of Stobierna - in direct proximity to the vineyard 'Forest Glade', the only vineyard in the Trzebownisko commune. The total area of the property presented in this advertisement is 1600 m2 (16 ares). The plot is surrounded by forest on three sides and on the fourth side it borders 'across the road' with the Forest Glade vineyard (the one built with a house and vineyard visible in the photos). The plot has the status of agricultural land (Permanent meadows LV - 11 ares, arable land RV 5 ares), on which, according to applicable law, you can build an economic building without any formalities or even notification. You just need to follow the rules below: "An economic building can be built without notification and without a permit, provided it is a single-storey object or a shed with a simple structure, related to agricultural production. The area of the economic building is a maximum of 150 m² with a construction span of no more than 6 m and a height of no more than 7 m" - if you are interested in this topic, we can provide details during the conversation. Access to the property is via an unpaved municipal road. The last section, about 500 m, is a dirt road leading through the forest. Of course, this road also belongs to the municipality. A few years ago it was hardened and provided us with access to the property both with a low passenger car and heavy equipment, e.g. concrete mixers weighing 35 tons or other delivery vehicles that reached it during construction. Now it serves well our neighbors who live on the neighboring plot, known as the 'Forest Glade' vineyard. How to get to us? Access to Stobierna via the dual carriageway S19 to the motorway junction in Jasionka, the last few km through Jasionka and Stobierna via road 878 (the old Rzeszow – Lublin road). Here you will find a signpost to the 'Forest Glade' vineyard leading straight to the place. The presented plot is located on the left side of the access road, just behind the fenced property with the vineyard. We start from the BP station located on the old Rzeszow – Lublin road (Sokolow Mlp). We drive towards RZESZOW and after 500 m we turn into the first (asphalt) road on the right. And we are already in the village of Stobierna Krzywe. This is also the final stop of the city bus line No. 214. We go straight for about 350 m. along the way we pass grocery stores and near the school on the left we turn right. Then we go along the asphalt road to the 'end' (about 700 m) and after house No. 878A at the fork, we turn left. (to this place we can also check the route on Google Street View). After another 500 meters we enter the forest. And after about 100m on the left side, we already have a signpost to 'Forest Glade'.
