Execution standard:

FOUNDATION SLAB made on previously prepared ground, on a hardened substrate, using waterproof concrete with vertical perimeter insulation in dispersed reinforcement technology.

EXTERNAL WALLS made of two-layer reinforced concrete slab: 15 cm reinforced concrete, 20 cm polystyrene (thermal conductivity coefficient lambda 0.031 W/(m•K)), heat transfer coefficient of the external wall U wall 0.16 W/(m•K), exterior finish with mesh and glue.

INTERNAL WALLS made of 10-12 cm reinforced concrete, containing electrical boxes and pipes for conduits, layout determined at the design stage. Internal walls require smoothing and priming before painting.

CEILING the ceiling structure consists of the lower chords of the roof trusses, insulated with 25 cm thick PUR foam, covered from below with G-K board (single boarding), without plastering. Installation of attic stairs.

ROOF the roof structure is made of prefabricated trusses, designed to achieve the largest possible attic space. The roofing membrane is attached directly to the roof trusses. The soffit is not included in the scope of the offer and works.

ROOF COVERING metal roofing from the basic color palette along with gutters and roof processing in the color of the covering.
