PROPERTY SALE ANNOUNCEMENT

Project Kolonia Brzeziny Wielkie sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw [hereinafter: Company], announces a written tender for the property below:

1. Ownership of undeveloped land, designated as plot number 77/1, located in the village of Blotnia, gm. Trabki Wielkie, gdański district, pomorskie voivodeship, for which the District Court Gdansk - North in Gdansk, Division III of Land and Mortgage Registers maintains land and mortgage register no. GD1G/00245799/9, for a price not lower than 129,300.00 PLN (plus any applicable VAT).

Offer characteristics:

1. The criterion for selecting the offer will be the highest price.

2. The starting prices of the property are amounts resulting from market values based on appraisals prepared by property appraisers.

3. Offers must be submitted in person at the office in Chorzow (41-506), ul. Dzialkowa 8, on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM or sent by mail [the date and time of receipt at the office by the deadline set by the Company Project Kolonia Brzeziny Wielkie sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, i.e. by 02.10.2025 is decisive, with a note allowing identification of which property the offer concerns. The detailed content of the note is specified in the tender regulations.

4. A condition for participation in the tender is prior payment of a deposit in the amount specified in the tender regulations, to the Company's bank account, number: 80 8436 0003 0000 0026 9543 0009 [Bank MBS]. The recognition of the Company's bank account must occur no later than the day before the opening of offers. All bank fees related to the deposit transfer are borne by the bidder.

5. The evaluation of offers will take place at the office in Chorzow (41-506) ul. Dzialkowa 8, on 02.10.2025 at the times specified in the tender regulations starting from the hour. Each bidder is entitled to participate in the meeting where the offers will be evaluated.

6. In the event that the highest offers contain the same price or the highest prices differ by an amount up to 10% of the value of the highest submitted offer, the tender committee will qualify these offers for an additional oral auction, which will take place at the same location (ul. Dzialkowa 8, 41-506 Chorzow), on the day of the tender resolution (02.10.2025).

The amount of the bid has been specified for each item of the tender separately and remains indicated in the regulations.

7. The sale agreement will be concluded within a period set by the Company, not exceeding three months from the date of the tender resolution.

8. The transaction costs of the sale are borne solely by the buyer.
