4) Requirements:
a) building height:
- for utility buildings and garages up to 7 m,
- for residential buildings and other objects in areas marked with symbols Z/1.MNU Z/24.MNU up to 11 m,
- for residential buildings and other objects in areas marked with symbols Z/25.MNU Z/36.MNU up to 10 m,
