- the roof of the building should be designed as single-pitched, gable, or multi-pitched with the angles of inclination of the main roof slopes between 35 and 45 degrees;
- electricity supply - connection to the electricity network according to the conditions specified by the network operator;
- water supply - connection to the water supply network according to the conditions specified by the network operator;
- sewage disposal - connection to the sanitary sewage system according to the conditions specified by the network operator;
- heating - from an individual heat source based on fuels such as: gas, electricity, oil, alternatively - the use of a heating system utilizing renewable energy sources in the form of solar collectors, heat pumps, etc., the use of high-efficiency solid fuel boilers using technology ensuring minimal gas and dust emission rates is allowed.
Soil classes:
- arable land RIVb;
- wooded and shrubby land on arable land Lzr-RIVb.
Approximate dimensions of the plot: about 30m x 50m.
Utilities:
- electricity - on the access road;
- water - water supply in the access road;
- sewage - sanitary sewage in the access road.
Access to the plot via a municipal dirt road, about 50 m from the asphalt road.
