Conditions for servicing in terms of technical infrastructure and communication. 1) The following rules for servicing in terms of communication are established: the communication layout for plot 76/20 is ensured based on the access from the public road on plot number 72 through internal roads on plot number 76/11, 77 in agreement and under the conditions specified by the road manager; communication service in terms of parking spaces - at least 2 parking spaces must be provided for 1 residential unit within the boundaries of the area covered by the boundary lines; 2) The following rules for servicing in terms of technical infrastructure are established: supply of electricity - connection to the electricity network according to the conditions specified by the network operator; water supply - connection to the water supply network according to the conditions specified by the network operator; disposal of household sewage - until the sewage network is implemented, a non-draining tank for liquid waste is allowed; disposal of rainwater - on the own land - in a manner that does not cause disturbances in water relations on adjacent lands; heat supply - from an individual heat source based on fuels such as gas, electricity, oil; alternatively - the use of a heating system utilizing renewable energy sources in the form of solar collectors, heat pumps, etc.; the use of high-efficiency solid fuel boilers using technology ensuring minimal emissions of gases and dust is allowed. Disposal of solid waste - places must be provided for containers for the temporary collection of solid waste, taking into account the possibility of their segregation and organized collection by a specialized company.
