I am selling a profitable business (tourist center with a small restaurant) as well as a large plot with buildings. The property is located on plots with a total area of 3.2 hectares. The plot has a local zoning plan, most of the land is designated for tourist services or residential purposes. The renovated buildings are pre-war, have a beautiful, unique atmosphere and authentic style. The walls are made of stone, brick, and wooden logs. The buildings are moisture-free and have never been flooded. A natural mountain stream flows through the plot, and there is also a large pond. Four spherical tents have been set up on the premises, which generate income all year round. Additionally, two rooms are rented out in one of the buildings. There are many picturesque hiking and biking trails in the area. In the winter season, you can enjoy the largest ski resorts in Lower Silesia. The ski slopes in Czarna Gora are 28 km away, and in Zieleniec 35 km. The Snieznik massif is visible from the property. A large part of the area is covered with a young birch forest. There are also fruiting raspberry bushes, apple trees, hazelnuts, plums, cherries, and strawberries. In the season, you can collect a lot of mushrooms.
