Technology

The houses are built in wooden technology from solid logs, not glued, internally insulated with Isofloc F cellulose insulation (CE) by blowing method. The garage is brick, insulated with polystyrene from the outside. The multi-slope roof is insulated with PUR foam, covered with bituminous shingles from the renowned Italian company Tegola Canadese.

Energy efficiency

The thermal transmittance coefficient values for our houses:
- external walls U < 0.186 W/m2*K.
- roof with PUR insulation U < 0.20 W/m2*K.

Both of these coefficients indicate that the houses built by Villa Morena sp. z o.o. can be classified as energy-efficient houses (U < 0.20W/m2*K), and the values are close to the coefficients of passive houses. This is associated with low heating costs during winter, as well as lower temperatures inside during summer.

Standard

The houses for sale are finished in developer condition with all installations, functioning central heating powered by gas, electricity - distribution board, sockets, switches, anti-burglary alarm, external lighting. All houses will be connected to the water supply, electricity, gas network, and TOYA fiber optics, installations for connecting the home sewage treatment plant. The garage is covered with natural stone - sandstone. Railings on balconies and terraces. Wooden stairs. The houses are adapted for the installation of a storage fireplace in the living room, in the central part of the building. The first floor is left without partition walls, to be divided by the buyer according to the needs of the family.
