The syndic of the bankruptcy estate Lokato Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw announces a tender for the sale of real estate included in the bankruptcy estate:

local property no. 12 located at ul. Kosciuszki no. 10, precinct 0017 Kielce, Kielce County, Swietokrzyskie Voivodeship, for which a land and mortgage register KI1L/00159004/4 is maintained for a price not lower than 369,000 PLN (in words: three hundred sixty-nine thousand zlotys) net, i.e. 398,520 PLN gross (in words: three hundred ninety-eight thousand five hundred twenty zlotys).
The condition for participation in the competition is the payment of a deposit in the amount of 40,000.00 PLN (in words: forty thousand zlotys).
The deposit should be paid by bank transfer to the bankruptcy estate's bank account number: 10 2490 0005 0000 45******* 1482 with the note "Competition Kielce ul. Kosciuszki 10/12 – Case No: WA1M/GUp/66/2024" no later than the last day of the deadline for submitting offers, with the actual date of recognition of the amount of the above deposit on the above bank account being counted.
The deposit paid by the bidder whose offer was selected will be credited towards the purchase price. In the event of failure to conclude the sale agreement for reasons attributable to the bidder whose offer was selected, the deposit paid by him shall not be refunded and shall be included in the bankruptcy estate funds. The deposit paid by the bidder whose offer was not selected shall be refunded.
The purchase offers should be placed in a sealed envelope, which should be placed in a second, larger envelope. Each of these envelopes should be addressed to the indicated law office along with the case number: WA1M/GUp/66/2024 and the note: "DO NOT OPEN – COMPETITION OFFER Kielce ul. Kosciuszki 10/12 WA1M/GUp/66/2024 in the bankruptcy proceedings of Lokato Sp. z o.o." and contain the exact designation of the bidder.

Purchase offers must be submitted by the deadline of August 20, 2025, by 3:00 PM at the Law Office of Attorney Przemyslaw Gierada ul. Swietego Leonarda 1/20, 25-311 Kielce.
The opening of offers will take place on August 21, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Law Office of Attorney Przemyslaw Gierada ul. Swietego Leonarda 1/20, 25-311 Kielce.
