regarding the sale of real estate included in the bankruptcy estate in the bankruptcy proceedings conducted under case number GD1G/GUp-s/934/2024 by private sale in the form of a tender.

The syndic of the bankruptcy estate appointed in the bankruptcy proceedings conducted under case number GD1G/GUp-s/934/2024 announces a written tender for the sale by private sale of the assets of the bankruptcy estate including:

Share 5/100 in the ownership of the land property constituting meadows with an area of 30,500m2 (3.05 ha) located in Tluczewo, Linia municipality, Wejherowo district, for which the IV Department of Land and Mortgage Registers of the District Court in Wejherowo maintains the land and mortgage register no. KW GD1W/00046469/6, for a price not lower than 70% of the market value considering the sale of only the share and under the conditions of forced sale, i.e. a price not lower than the amount of 1,540.00 PLN (in words: one thousand five hundred forty zlotys 00/100).

CONDITIONS OF THE TENDER

The detailed conditions of the tender are specified in the Tender Regulations, which have been made available for inspection to interested parties at the syndic's office in Wejherowo at ul. Przemyslowa 35A building B on weekdays from 9:00 to 16:00. The Tender Regulations, at the request of bidders, are also made available by email by the syndic. A written statement of having read and accepted the conditions of the Tender Regulations is a necessary condition for participating in the tender.

• Bids must be submitted by August 29, 2025 in person at the syndic's office in Wejherowo at ul. Przemyslowa 35A building B or by mail (the date of receipt of correspondence at the syndic's office counts).
• Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, in a manner that prevents access to their content.

• The deposit amounting to 10% of the starting price is payable by bank transfer to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate indicated in §5 sec. 2 of the Tender Regulations.
• The deposit must be paid no later than on August 29, 2025 under penalty of rejection of the offer. The date of payment is considered the date of receipt of the deposit in the bank account indicated in §5 sec. 2 of the Tender Regulations.
• The opening and consideration of bids will take place at a public meeting on September 3, 2025 at 9:00 AM at the syndic's office located in Wejherowo at ul. Przemyslowa 35A building B.
• The subject of the tender can be viewed, after arranging a visit by phone at 602 281 889 from the date of publication of the announcement until the day before the last day for submitting bids.
