The subject of the announcement is agricultural land with the possibility of partial development with a total area of 0.9000ha and an 8/12 share in the access road. Plot number 31/8 with an area of 0.3000 ha in a rectangular shape with a front width of about 31.5 meters and a length of about 95 meters. The land is flat. The plot is not built up, not fenced, not forested - it is used agriculturally - fallow land with grass growing.
