Windows placed on a warm base Thermo EPS 150, with low windows warm sills full XPS. Windows installed in a warm installation system. Additionally, all bases have been secured with EPDM moisture-proof tape. Entrance door from the Termo Prestige LUX Series (the thickest, warmest available on the market, additionally insulated frame). Garage door Unitherm, the warmest from the manufacturer's offer. Warm threshold under the garage door with punerite. The building is heated over the entire area with water underfloor heating + wall ladders in bathrooms. Instead of the roof, the ceiling was insulated so that heat from the ground floor does not escape to the attic. Possibility of insulating the roof slopes with wool and adapting the attic, about 70% of the area is available for free use (a concrete floor has been made). Attic stairs Fakro LWT (the warmest stairs series). The house is equipped with a Bosch Condens 9000i gas boiler with a 120L tank + weather regulator. HPL countertops 12mm, resistant to practically everything. Spacious pantry hidden in the cabinetry. Installation for additional LED lighting in the corridor, living room, dining room, kitchen island, both bathrooms, and WC. Wooden covered terrace with direct access from the living room/dining room through large sliding HST doors. Drainage installation made on the plot along with a soakaway.
