The location of facilities that may, depending on the type and amount of hazardous substances, be classified as facilities with increased and high risk of serious industrial accidents.

Ostromecko-Nowy Dwor,
Dąbrowa Chelminska commune, which is the neighboring commune of the city of Bydgoszcz. The drive to Bydgoszcz takes about 10 minutes and to Torun 30 minutes. A city bus number 40 reaches the locality. Nearby areas mainly consist of low residential buildings (the bedroom of Bydgoszcz) and agricultural land. Good access to national roads ensures good communication connections.
