e) minimum percentage of biologically active area in relation to the building plot area - 20%,
f) maximum height of service-production buildings - 12 m,
g) maximum height of farm, garage, and shelter buildings - 8 m,
h) roof shape - any roofs,
i) the provisions contained in § 17 apply;
4) principles of protection and shaping spatial order are governed by the provisions contained in § 13;
5) principles of environmental, nature, and landscape protection: the provisions contained in § 14 apply;
6) principles of protection of cultural heritage and monuments, including cultural landscapes and contemporary cultural goods - there are no objects or areas subject to protection;
7) minimum area of newly designated building plots: 1000 m²;
8) areas or objects subject to protection under separate regulations: the provisions contained in § 18 apply;
9) principles of servicing in terms of technical infrastructure: the provisions specified in § 21 apply;
10) principles of traffic servicing:
a) access to areas: from local, access roads,
b) principles of locating parking spaces:
- services - a minimum of 3 spaces per 100 m² of usable area,
- commercial facilities - a minimum of 3 spaces per 100 m² of usable area,
- restaurants, cafes, bars - a minimum of 2 spaces per 10 consumption places,
- production plants - a minimum of 3 spaces per 10 employees,
- storage areas, warehouses - a minimum of 2 spaces per 1000 m² of storage area,
- clinics, medical offices, offices, law firms - a minimum of 3 spaces per 100 m² of usable area,
- crafts - a minimum of 2 spaces per 100 m² of usable area,
- hotels, guesthouses - a minimum of 1 space per room,
- car repair workshops - a minimum of 2 spaces per 1 repair station,
- sports facilities, recreation - a minimum of 3 spaces per 100 m² of usable area,
- a minimum of 1.5 spaces per apartment,
c) the minimum number of parking spaces for vehicles with a parking card on the investment area according to the indicator:
- 1 space for vehicles with a parking card for every 10 spaces calculated according to parking requirements; a minimum of 1 space per object.
