All furniture is from Ikea, my favorite, the mattress in the bed is the heaviest and most expensive, making it hard to get up in the morning, and my back does not hurt. The condition of the apartment is very good, I love order, I cook on holidays, so the kitchen has a low usage. I have also invested in the balcony, created a friendly surface, and installed high-quality air conditioning, which is only a year old. The air conditioning not only cools well but also heats if necessary. The apartment is very warm, I practically did not turn on the radiators in winter, my neighbors did, and that was enough for me. The apartment has fiber internet from Orange, available for assignment of the contract, which is still active for 18 months. Everyone in Torun knows that Osiedle Jar is a pleasant place to live because it is very green, well-funded, and rapidly developing. The extensive construction work has ceased, and this area has become calm and quiet. A forest is already across the fence, where squirrels run around. However, there are shortcomings.
