The subject of sale includes: a. ownership rights to residential unit no. 4 - located on the 1st floor of a multi-family building located in Ornontowice at Leśna Street 11, for which the District Court in Mikołów, V Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains land and mortgage register no. The estimated value is reduced by 30% and amounts to 127,500.00 PLN. b. ownership rights to residential unit no. 5 - located on the 2nd floor (attic) of a multi-family building located in Ornontowice at Leśna Street 11, for which the District Court in Mikołów, V Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains land and mortgage register no. KA1M/00073405/5. The estimated value is reduced by 30% and amounts to 97,750.00 PLN. 2. The sale of ownership rights to the indicated property occurs based on the Act of February 28, 2003, Bankruptcy Law (hereinafter referred to as PU), civil code. 3. The sale may occur for a price not lower than the indicated starting price. 4. A detailed description of the subject of sale will be provided by the bankruptcy trustee upon request from the bidder and is available on the trustee's website. 5.
