I am pleased to present to you my M3 after a complete renovation completed in April of this year. The renovation was done for personal needs, but right after its completion, life wrote a new script. The renovation was carried out by a professional contractor based on an architect's project and premium materials. The apartment has been furnished and fully equipped - it has been uninhabited since.
Renovation:
- new three-wire main electrical connection to the apartment (allowed the installation of an induction hob)
- new electrical installation, sockets, and switches of the Legrand brand
- new hydraulic and sewage installation, new aluminum radiators
- leveling screeds on floors, wall leveling, smooth plaster, and suspended ceilings
- walls painted with professional Flugger paint
- internal doors branded DRE and entrance doors branded Gerda (break-in resistant with the highest level of soundproofing)
- floor panels with underlay of the Quickstep brand, Tubądzin tiles, 10cm foam skirting boards of the VOX brand
- bathroom fittings also of premium quality
- PVC windows (replaced a few years ago)
Equipment:
- kitchen made based on the IKEA METOD system (25 years warranty). New induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher from IKEA. New fridge and oven of the Candy brand.
- hall includes a coat rack, mirror, and three-door IKEA Pax wardrobe. In the wardrobe, a new wireless vacuum cleaner from Samsung with a charging station is installed.
- bedroom furnished with a wooden bed + mattress 160x200, two nightstands, and a wardrobe - all new - from IKEA. According to the project, there is space for a desk/dresser/commode.
- bathroom contains a 70x120 cabin, 45x80 sink with a cabinet. New Candy washing machine.
- living room furnished with a table, commode, three-seater sofa, armchair, and RTV cabinet - all new - from IKEA. According to the project, there is space for a shelf or commode.
Other:
- the apartment has a large balcony (about 6m2) facing southwest, pleasantly shaded by tree crowns
- the apartment has an assigned storage room (about 4m2) with solid doors replaced
- the apartment is located in a quiet, peaceful, and green estate, well connected to the center (200m from the tram and bus terminus)
- in the estate schools, clinics, shops, restaurants, and service establishments are fully available
