Scope of renovation

The current progress of renovation work has already exceeded 90%.

In the building, we have made new concrete ceilings that ensure durability and comfort of use and allow for the installation of underfloor heating. All installations have been replaced: water and sewage, electrical, heating, and new ventilation shafts run through the premises. The apartments are separated by solid partition walls made of ytong blocks, providing much better acoustic insulation than standard drywall walls. All windows have been replaced, and entrance doors have been installed in some premises. The new roof of the tenement house is insulated with 25 cm of wool from the outside, which allows for maintaining the full height of the apartments located on the top floor.

The building is already connected to the municipal heating network.

The front elevation is carefully renovated and illuminated.

Renovated staircases and corridors will be aesthetically finished. All elevations of the front and back buildings will be renovated and illuminated. The courtyard will be planted with carefully selected vegetation. A canopy covered with climbing plants will protect several parking spaces that will be prepared in the courtyard.
