Scope of renovation

The current progress of renovation work has already exceeded 90%.

The apartments are separated by solid partition walls made of ytong blocks, providing significantly better acoustic insulation than standard drywall partitions. The new roof of the tenement is insulated with 25 cm of wool from the outside, which allows maintaining the full height of the apartments located on the top floor.

The building is already connected to the municipal heating network.

The renovated staircases and corridors will be aesthetically finished. All elevations of the front and rear buildings will be renovated and illuminated.
