Apartment has been used continuously.

In short, description of the renovation:
All new installations (including the power supply outside the apartment),
Suspended ceilings in the corridor and living room,
Vinyl panels (waterproof) floating throughout the apartment (without thresholds),
Old paints scraped everywhere and new plaster applied with reinforcing mesh and smoothening compounds,
Renovated balcony - except for the floor (there was supposed to be a stone carpet and due to specific conditions of application and pressure of matters we did not manage to finish this),
At the balcony windows there is an external roller blind (in the others day/night roller blinds)
When processing the windows, styrofoam was added and sealed everywhere, so even though this is a top apartment it is really warm, and one less neighbor.
In the kitchen, the heater was removed, but if needed there is an electric heating mat in the floor,
In the bathroom, it was not possible to connect the heater to the municipal heating pipes, so there is a heater filled with coolant with an electric heater for very cold winters (not used this winter),
LED strips in the bathroom - switch, in the kitchen - touch, in the living room 3x RGB controlled by an app and remotes, in the bedroom - switch.
The entrance doors purchased more expensive with noise insulation option.
