HEATING
Radiators (according to the project) are included in the price of the apartment.
At the construction stage, there is a possibility to change (for an additional fee) the heating method from radiators to underfloor heating or mixed heating.
The building will be heated from the municipal heating plant with a central boiler room located in the block.
APARTMENT FINISHING
Developer condition - plaster, floors, triple-glazed windows, entrance doors, radiators, plumbing and electrical installations.
STRENGTH
The building will be made of the highest quality materials.

MAINTENANCE COSTS
The monthly maintenance cost will depend on the area of the apartment.
It will be about 200 PLN, which includes:
repair fund, cleaning of staircases and surroundings, administration, current costs (common for the entire block).
Utility settlements: water, electricity, heating - calculated according to meters, and
contracts signed individually for apartment owners.
MEDIA
We provide media to each apartment: Internet, cable TV, fiber optic.
APARTMENT PURCHASE - CONTRACT
After the decision to purchase the apartment, we sign a reservation or developer contract.
Each client will have an individual escrow account on which they will deposit payments for the apartment, which are secured by the Developer's Guarantee Fund.
We cooperate with an experienced financial advisor and help in obtaining a mortgage loan.
