Kitchen with an area of approximately 17 m2 was custom-made by the company expok. All kitchen appliances (oven, built-in coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, and ceramic hob) were produced by the Siemens brand. The kitchen, besides the main lighting, has additional lighting points in the ceiling and above the countertops. All cabinets and drawers have soft-close features.
Dining room with a relaxation area has an area of approximately 58 m2. The large area provides arrangement possibilities tailored to the lifestyle of future owners. The room is very well lit through sliding glass doors leading to the garden and terrace. In the relaxation area, there is a fireplace that will make long evenings spent with family more enjoyable. The area is open and illuminated by two windows that open by remote control. There is a possibility to close this space and create a mezzanine.
Main bedroom with an area of approximately 33 m2 also has an exit to the garden. Panels were used on the floors. The room is heated by radiators and a fireplace located in the bedroom. The area allows for the separation of an office area and the creation of a walk-in closet or a large built-in wardrobe.
Bathroom with an area of approximately 6 m2. The bathroom features high-quality tiles in a universal and timeless color scheme, and the shower cabin has a hydromassage function. Underfloor heating is installed in the bathroom.

Hall with an area of approximately 17 m2 with the possibility of designating a relaxation or leisure area.
Bedroom 1 with an area of approximately 22 meters has an exit to the terrace with a view of the garden and greenery in front of the house. Heating is provided by radiators, and panels were used on the floors.
Bedroom 2 with an area of approximately 11 m2 provides enough space for relaxation and storage. Heating is provided by radiators, and panels were used on the floors. The room, despite the slopes, is very well lit.
Walk-in closet, which can be converted into an additional room, has an area of approximately 16 m2.
Main bathroom with an area of approximately 30 m2 meets the expectations of a demanding owner. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks and a hydromassage bathtub, with a universal color scheme and high-quality materials characterizing this room. Underfloor heating is installed throughout.

The entire house is basement. Due to the layout of the rooms and an additional exit from the basement, it can be successfully adapted for business activities or an additional apartment.
