Each guest cottage has an area of 82 m2, two levels, and is designed to accommodate a maximum of 7 people. Bathrooms with showers, equipped with household appliances, kitchenette, spacious open space with a dining area. Each cottage has a covered terrace. The beds and their arrangement allow for meeting various expectations, suitable for families with children or groups of friends.
The cottages are heated electrically using energy-efficient underfloor heating on both levels, with the possibility of controlling the temperature in each room separately.
The construction of the houses allows for the potential installation of air conditioning and photovoltaics in the future. The buildings have a frame structure with mineral wool ensuring good heat retention in winter and cool air in summer.
The resort area has a small playground for children, a large covered dining table, a grill, a locked gazebo, and a locked and monitored parking lot for cars. The entire resort area is also monitored. The cottages have smoke detectors.
The resort is fenced, with a paved path leading to each cottage, and decorative grass growing on the remaining area. The completion of construction and the start of the resort's operation is dated to April 2024.
