The building's structure has been reinforced, and some lintels above the windows and doors have been replaced. Wooden ceilings have been partially replaced with new ones. The building will certainly last much longer than those built today.

The entire roof structure has been replaced along with the beams/braces. All new roof rafters have been installed, boarded, a membrane laid, and new trapezoidal sheet roofing with flashing and gutters. The entire structure is in anthracite color. The roof is insulated from the inside with wool.

Styrofoam 12 cm thick has been glued to the original brick, and a structure in white and anthracite color has been laid. Inside, the walls are insulated with wool, and each ceiling is also insulated with wool, ensuring real energy efficiency and soundproofing. The entire structure is leveled and plumbed with frames and covered with plasterboard. The entire structure is covered with latex paint. External steel stairs in anthracite color have been installed, providing access to the building at the height of the 1st floor.

As a heating source, air conditioning based on heat pumps has been used in the apartment, guaranteeing really low heating bills in the building. The apartment has MULTISPLIT air conditioning with separate indoor units for each room with a heating power of 6kW each. Each indoor unit operates independently/has its remote control and can also be connected to these units via a WIFI module to an app on a smartphone. The cost of heating the apartment is below 500 PLN in really high frosts. This is currently the cheapest heating source confirmed by many expert opinions. Additionally, in the summer, they operate as standard air conditioning, providing a breeze of fresh air on hot days. In the bathrooms, there are electric heaters with a thermostat in matte black. Thanks to these solutions, each apartment is 100% independent.

The building has external, 3-sided LED lighting, consisting of 4 strips of waterproof and energy-saving RGB LED tape, each 10m long, installed in a profile. It is possible to illuminate the building in any color as well as control the external lighting via an app on the phone.

In the apartment, there are waterproof laminated panels with an abrasion class of AC6, and in the bathrooms, tiles in gray/brown color on all walls and floors.

The plot is fully fenced with panels in anthracite color + masonry posts at the stairs leading to the center in white color. A sliding gate with a width of 5m has been installed, along with a gate automation allowing opening with a remote control. The plot is well-kept and landscaped. Numerous trees and decorative flowers have been planted around the plot, and the entire plot is covered with light decorative stone. There are numerous trees on the plot, including fruit trees and a closed wooden house with a total area of about 10m2. Several cars can easily fit on the plot.
