I have for sale an apartment with an area of 92 m2 located in the center of Lodz at Piotrkowska 92 (near the intersection of Piotrkowska and Tuwima). Due to its location, it is great for a family or as an investment for later rental.

The apartment is the sole property of a person who permanently resides abroad. It is not encumbered with the rights of third parties, and there is no mortgage established. The entire property operates as a Housing Community, so all decisions regarding the property are made by voting among the owners.

If a final decision is made to purchase this apartment, the owner will come to Poland to complete the legal formalities related to the sale.
