I will rent a cozy apartment located on the ground floor of a newly built block in the Olimpijskie estate. The apartment consists of two rooms (a living room with a kitchen - 24m2 and a bedroom - 11m2) and a bathroom (3m2) plus a corridor (2m2). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, and induction stove. In the living room, there is a table (extendable for 6 people), a sofa bed, a chest of drawers, and a TV. The bedroom has a large double bed (which can be separated into two single beds) and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower function and a washing machine. You can exit to the garden from the living room and have coffee at the table. The apartment is cozy and quiet, as it does not adjoin the road where cars pass. The apartment includes a parking space in public parking. A great convenience is the well-stocked Biedronka, which is 150m from the apartment. As a curiosity, I would add that the estate has its park where you can go for a walk. Additional fees are approximately (rent, TV, Internet, and electricity) 600 PLN. I suggest a refundable deposit of 2200 PLN. There is a possibility to rent a garage with an area of 21m2 in the same building. Non-smokers and people without pets are welcome.
