The stove consumes about 5m of wood during the entire season, making it the most economical option for heating the apartment.

It is possible to convert the heating to another heat source.

The apartment is partially furnished with custom-built kitchen cabinetry, a bathroom, a large wardrobe in the room, and partially equipped with electronic appliances: refrigerator, washing machine, stove, dishwasher, TV, boiler, so it can be moved into and used right away.

The apartment includes 1/4 of the attic and a large basement of about 12m², and additionally, a large utility room (for firewood, bicycles, etc.) is rented along with a plot of about 500 m² behind the utility building (access to the plot through the utility building) near the Łyna River; the place is very quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view, the plot is not fenced and has old fruit trees such as cherries, apples, and plums, making it perfect for grilling and spending free time.

The apartment is rent-free; we only pay a repair fund and current fees.
