The oral auction without restrictions in the form of bidding will take place on June 27, 2025, at 09:00 in the office of the Housing Cooperative in Olecko at Zyndrama Street 4.

The apartment is situated on the third floor. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette - to be adapted (16.38 m2), three rooms (11.20 m2, 11.17 m2, 10.97 m2), a hallway (5.37 m2), a bathroom (3.03 m2), and a WC (2.85 m2).

The deposit of the winning participant will be applied to the purchase price, while the deposits of the other auction participants will be returned within 14 days from the end of the auction. The price won in the auction must be paid within 7 days from the auction date.

Upon request from the winning bidder, the Management Board of the Cooperative may extend the payment deadline. The deposit will be forfeited to the Housing Cooperative in Olecko if the auction winner refuses to sign the contract or to pay the purchase price by the designated deadline. The separate ownership of the unit will be established within 7 days from the receipt of the bid amount.

The notary's fees for all notarial activities related to the conclusion of the contract transferring ownership will be borne by the winning bidder to whom the Housing Cooperative in Olecko will transfer ownership of the residential unit.
