Hello, I have my private furnished apartment (not an apartment as everyone usually writes) for rent for a period of two years starting from October/November 2025. We are deciding to rent due to a contract received abroad. This is a 4-room apartment with an area of 76m2 with a great layout in a new block, located in Widzew in the ZENIT investment. Due to our child, the apartment is fully adapted for toddlers (corners covered with foam, sockets secured, window handles locked with a key). The apartment is located on one of the upper floors, facing the north and east walls. It consists of:
- Living room with kitchenette (In the living room: air conditioning, TV, Sony 5.1 sound system, radio, optionally a Dreame x50 mop robot) (In the kitchen: oven, microwave, thermomix, induction hob, fridge, 60cm dishwasher).
- Long hallway with a built-in wardrobe and a seat and shoe cabinet.
- Office with a desk and a fold-out bed 1.40m.
- Furnished children's room with a good quality mattress.
- Bedroom with a wide bed 1.80m with a Tempur mattress, with a built-in wardrobe and the possibility of installing a TV.
- Bathroom with a bathtub and shower function, additionally two separate sinks.
- Well-equipped laundry room (washing machine, dryer, steam cabinet) with an additional toilet and sink.
- Small but spacious walk-in closet.
- Balcony facing east.
The apartment comes with a parking space in a multi-level garage, paid additionally 150 PLN/month. Optionally, I can also leave the Dreame x50 vacuum mop robot for 100 PLN/month. If someone is interested in activating smart home features, depending on the agreed functionalities, I can install them for an additional monthly fee (this is an optional possibility). The patio has the first playground (sandbox), and the second stage has a larger playground with slides.
The apartment is finished "for ourselves", not for rent, so it has no defects or sloppy finishing. I think this is an ideal apartment for a family with one or two children. The apartment is equipped with the aforementioned: air conditioning, washing machine, LG steam cabinet, tumble dryer, thermomix, Sony 5.1 home theater system, and other amenities. Depending on needs, we are open to adapting the apartment to your needs. The apartment is provided with kitchen equipment and most of the other items visible in the photos, but if there is a need to remove some of them, we remain open.
An additional advantage of this apartment is the location. The building's location guarantees unlimited access to public transport, shops, service points, schools, kindergartens, restaurants, fitness clubs, and the Łódź - Widzew train station, which can be convenient for people commuting to work, for example, to Warsaw. Thanks to the proximity of the main arteries crossing the city on the east-west and north-south axes, the ZENIT estate provides excellent access to every district of Lodz. Nearby stops offer dozens of buses and trams running throughout the city.
