As for the surroundings: - the platform "Opatkowice" is about 5 minutes on foot - we can reach the main market in 19 minutes. - the bus stop "Podgaje" is about 8 minutes on foot - near the building there is a Żabka store, flower shop, ice cream shop, grocery store (vegetables, cakes, and fruits) - you can easily walk to Biedronka (5 minutes by car) or in Libertow LIDL, Pepco, Rossmann. - In the estate, there are 3 kindergartens, a nursery, a primary school nearby, a church. - to Zakopianka on foot 12 minutes. Unfortunately, we do not have a parking space for the apartment, but on the neighborhood forum, there are constantly offers regarding the sale or rental of a space. You can also park under the block.
