The Management Board of the Inter-Plant Housing Cooperative "Budowlanka" in Oswiecim, based at ul. Balandy 1 in Oswiecim, announces a tender in the form of a written competition for the establishment of separate ownership of the premises.
Winning the tender entitles you to enter into a notarial agreement for the establishment of separate ownership of the premises.

Offers for the above residential premises should be submitted in a sealed envelope with the proposed bid amount

Opening of the envelopes with offers will take place on 12.06.2025 at 10:00.
Interested parties wishing to establish separate ownership of the residential premises submitting a tender offer are obliged to pay a deposit in the amount of 10% of the starting price of the premises.

The aforementioned premises can be viewed on business days from 8:00 to 14:00,

The Management Board of the Cooperative reserves the right to withdraw from the tender without giving a reason.
