I am selling a spacious 3-room apartment in a tenement house – Siemianowice Slaskie, ul. Powstancow 29

The tenement house is intended for a general renovation (including the staircase, roof structure for renovation, building facade for renovation, basements). A technical expertise of the tenement house is available for review.

Current state: for the last few years, minority owners in the community and the manager have raised the issue of increasing the renovation fund and doing renovations, but the majority owner of the shares in the community refused. Last year, it was possible to change the management of the community, and voting on resolutions is done by 1 owner - 1 vote. Thanks to the 1 to 1 voting - the manager with his building inspector commissioned an expertise of the building to plan the renovation. Currently, after inspections with PINB (District Inspectorate of Building Supervision), we are waiting for a decision on what will be renovated.
