NOTICE OF THE FIRST AUCTION OF THE PROPERTY BY ELECTRONIC AUCTION

The Court Bailiff at the District Court in Strzelce Krajenskie announces to the public that in case Km 1486/24 on the day: 18.09.2025 at 11:00 the first auction in electronic mode will begin in accordance with the provisions of art. 9864 § 4 of the Act of November 17, 1964, Civil Procedure Code (hereinafter: CPC) of the following properties:

- residential premises located at ul. Choszczanska, 66-510 Bobrówko.

The estimated value is 110,600.00 PLN, while the starting price is equal to 3/4 of the estimated value and amounts to 82,950.00 PLN.

For two weeks before the auction, the above-mentioned property can be viewed on weekdays from 08:30 to 15:00. The protocol of description and valuation is made available in the IT system.

The bidder participating in the auction should submit a deposit of one-tenth of the estimated value, which is the amount of 11,060.00 PLN.

The deposit must be submitted to the bailiff's bank account 80 1090 1900 0000 0001 3410 3776 no later than 2 working days before the auction begins.

The sale is conducted by electronic auction. Participation in the auction requires creating an account in the IT system servicing electronic auctions available at the address elicytacje.komornik.pl and participating in the auction two working days before it starts. The bidder submits the deposit no later than 2 working days before the auction starts, and if participating in the auction as a proxy for another person, they must additionally present their authorization. The participation of one bidder is sufficient for the auction to take place.

Based on art. 9864 § 2 CPC, the condition for participation in the auction is the creation of an individual account in the IT system.

The auctions of the above-mentioned properties will take place in electronic mode and will end on: 25.09.2025 at 11:00. Based on art. 9867po § 31 CPC, if a bid is submitted within 5 minutes before the planned end of the auction, this deadline is extended by 5 minutes. If further bids are submitted during the additional time, the end of the auction is extended by another 5 minutes until the bids cease.

The rights of third parties will not prevent the auction and the award to the buyer without reservations if these persons do not submit evidence before the auction begins that they have filed a lawsuit to exempt the items from enforcement and have obtained a judgment suspending the enforcement in this regard.

Usufruct, easements, and lifetime rights, if not disclosed in the land and mortgage register or by submitting a document to the collection of documents and not reported no later than three days before the auction begins, will not be taken into account in the further course of enforcement and will expire upon the finalization of the decision on the award of ownership.

According to art. 976 CPC, the following cannot participate in the auction: the debtor, the bailiff, their spouses, children, parents, and siblings, as well as persons present at the auction in an official capacity, the bidder who has not fulfilled the conditions of the previous auction, persons who can acquire the property only with the permission of a state authority, and who have not presented this permission.
