Additionally, all walls and ceilings have been finished with plaster and paint, thus minimizing the amount of work necessary to be carried out by the new owner. Window frames, triple-glazed, are made of wood, PVC or aluminum, in accordance with conservation recommendations.

A completely new recreational space has been created around the investment in the form of a green patio on the roof integrated into the garage embankment. Attention was paid to the bioretention of rainwater. Among the plantings of the intimate garden are purple willow, scarlet firethorn, Swedish irga, shining, mountain pine, eastern laurel cherry, periwinkle, narrow-leaved lavender, and panicle hydrangea. With particular meticulousness, the care of the old horse chestnut tree was performed, which rewards with shade in the early afternoon hours.

The bathroom walls were left as sharply smoothed, while the remaining walls and all ceilings were skimmed with gypsum plaster and painted white. The electrical installation, which includes the intercom, is equipped with sockets and switches with a classic appearance. The apartment is supplied with wiring allowing for reception of digital terrestrial, cable, and satellite television, and above all, high-speed internet, as the building has fiber optic connectivity. Further innovations include heat meters and counters equipped with wireless remote reading. The window frames are triple-glazed and equipped with hygrosterable window air vents.
