NOTICE OF THE SECOND AUCTION OF A FRACTIONAL PART

OF THE PROPERTY

The Court Bailiff at the District Court in Ostrow Wielkopolski Marcin Kasendra based on Article 953 of the Code of Civil Procedure announces to the public that

in the building of the District Court in Ostrow Wielkopolski located at ul. Sadowa 2 in room No. 24, there will be

SECOND auction

located at: Raszkow, ul. Ostrowska, for which the District Court in Ostrow WIkp. - V Land Registry Department maintains the land register number KZ1W/000xxxxx/3.

The property consists of a plot marked with the number 282/2 with an area of 586 m2, built with a utility building with a residential part and a utility building, creating one economic entity.

The buildings were built in traditional masonry technology; the usable area of the residential part is 142.8 m2 while the utility part is 221.0 m2; the building is adapted for conducting meat processing activities.

The building located at ul. Ostrowska in Raszkow is listed in the Municipal Register of Monuments.

The auction buyer will acquire three separate undivided shares in the ownership of the mentioned property amounting to 1/2, 1/4, and 1/4 (creating a total of shares).

The estimated value is 559,000.00 PLN, while the starting price is equal to 2/3 of the estimated value and amounts to 372,666.67 PLN.

The bidder participating in the auction should submit a deposit of one-tenth of the estimated value, which is 55,900.00 PLN no later than the day before the auction.

The deposit should be made in cash at the bailiff's office or to the bailiff's bank account: Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. O. Centrum in Ostrow WIkp. 60 10202267 0000 4102 0035 5271 The deposit can also be made in a savings book equipped with the owner's authorization to withdraw the entire deposit according to the legally binding court decision on the loss of the deposit. According to Article 976 § 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, persons who can acquire the property only with the permission of a state authority, and who have not presented this permission, and other persons mentioned in this article cannot participate in the auction.

In the two weeks prior to the auction, the property can be viewed on weekdays and the protocol of the property valuation, the expert's valuation report, and the extract from the land register along with a map from the enforcement proceedings can be reviewed at the District Court in Ostrow Wielkopolski.

Third-party rights will not hinder the auction and the awarding of ownership to the buyer without reservations if these persons do not submit proof before the auction starts that they have filed a lawsuit to release the right of perpetual usufruct of the property or items seized with it from enforcement and have obtained a ruling suspending the enforcement in this regard.

Usufruct, easements, and lifetime rights, if not disclosed in the land register or by submitting a document to the document collection and not reported no later than three days before the auction starts, will not be taken into account in the further course of enforcement and will expire upon the finalization of the ruling on the awarding of ownership.
