The Company is not responsible for costs incurred by entities interested in purchasing the property in connection with their participation in the proceedings regarding the sale of the property and the conclusion of the agreement in notarial form; The Company may cancel the auction at any time or change the conditions resulting from the announcement, close the proceedings without conducting the auction, as well as, in the event of the occurrence of circumstances referred to in Article 70⁵ of the Civil Code, demand the annulment of the agreement concluded in the course of the proceedings; The provisions of Article 70² § 2 and Article 70⁴ § 2 of the Civil Code do not apply to the auction for the sale of real estate. Regarding the sold properties, the conclusion of a preliminary sale agreement may be required (statutory pre-emption rights), with the costs of concluding such an agreement to be borne by the buyer.
