§ 10. For areas designated for single-family residential development, marked on the plan with symbols 1MN, 2MN, 3MN, 4MN, 5MN, 6MN, 7MN, 8MN, the following rules for shaping development and land use indicators are established: 1) the location of only one detached single-family residential building on the building plot, subject to point 2; 2) on the area marked on the plan with the symbol 3MN, the location of single-family residential buildings in a semi-detached arrangement is permitted; 3) the location of garages, garage-service buildings, and free-standing service buildings, added to the residential building or embedded in the residential building is permitted; 4) the location of networks and technical infrastructure devices is permitted;
