The designers have taken care to meet the needs of residents both in carefully planned apartments and in common areas. For future residents, easily accessible storage rooms on the floors next to the apartments are planned, and the entrance to the building will be enhanced by a mini art gallery functioning in the lobby.

Sustainable solutions

In designing Awangarda Mogilska, we have used many sustainable solutions that positively affect the state of the environment while also reducing maintenance costs. This is the first residential project in Krakow where Skanska will use efficient photovoltaic panels and a heat recovery system from ventilation, which uses heat pumps to preheat hot water. In addition, future residents can expect anti-smog filters.

Rooms in the building will be equipped with touchless access control, and the apartments will have a home device management system Appartme, known as smart home, which will allow residents of Awangarda Mogilska to control home devices and installations even remotely, e.g., regulating room temperature, as well as consciously controlling usage costs.
