The bankruptcy trustee of Miroslawa Pelka in bankruptcy announces a competition for the selection of a buyer for the asset of the bankruptcy estate in the form of a residential property constituting the right of separate ownership of residential premises No. 14 with a usable area of 47.34m2 located in a multi-family building in Dabrowa Gornicza at Dzieci Wrzesni Street No. 6, for which a land and mortgage register number KA1D/00046250/6 is maintained.
The starting price is 199,500.00 PLN (one hundred ninety-nine thousand five hundred zlotys 00/100). The sale under the competition is not subject to VAT.
Offers must be submitted in person at the Restructuring and Bankruptcy Law Office of Jacek Pietrzela in Gliwice at Ligocka Street 15, by September 10, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Offers may also be submitted by registered mail - provided that an offer submitted on time is considered one that arrives at the Restructuring and Bankruptcy Law Office of Jacek Pietrzela at the address given above by September 10, 2025, at 3:00 PM.
The opening of offers will take place on September 11, 2025, at 12:00 PM, at the Restructuring and Bankruptcy Law Office of Jacek Pietrzela at Ligocka Street 15, 44-105 Gliwice.
