For sale we offer our apartment in Gliwice, which for the last 8 years has been our true home. It is located in the Sikornik district, at Zimorodka Street – just on the border with the villa area. It is a quiet, green neighborhood, yet very well connected and comfortable for living.

You can walk to the Market in 15 minutes (about 1.5 km). In the nearest surroundings, there is everything needed for everyday life – four primary schools, two nurseries, and two kindergartens, a clinic, a hospital, and literally across the street: Stokrotka store, Żabka, grocery store, dentist, hairdresser, and beauty salon. 300 meters from the apartment is a local swimming pool. You can reach the exit to A1 and A4 in a few minutes.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small four-story block (two staircases). The building has undergone thermal modernization, with a renovated roof, common areas, and staircases. It is surrounded by greenery – there are flower beds, lawns, and trees under the windows. It is really quiet and peaceful here. There is a friendly, family atmosphere – most neighbors have lived here for years, we know each other, talk, and help each other. In summer, you can dry clothes outside by the building, and in winter in the basement dryer. The community takes care of cleanliness, and the entire area is secured by monitoring.

The apartment has 53m2 – 3 rooms with east-west exposure. The apartment is very warm in winter (city heating, without splitters – included in the fee), and pleasantly cool in summer. We underwent a general renovation from bare walls and floors – all installations, floors, tiles were replaced, smooth finishes made, doors changed, and new equipment purchased. The whole was supposed to be primarily functional, bright, and spacious. And such an effect we have probably managed to achieve.

One of the partitions has been replaced with a glass loft wall – this is a strong, characteristic accent that opens up the space, gives it lightness, and perfectly illuminates the interior. Similarly, huge mirrors in the hallway, behind which there is a built-in wardrobe (3.6m x 90cm deep)
In the bedroom, we have a large bed with storage, as well as a living green wall – this is one of our favorite elements of this apartment.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances except for the refrigerator (there is a designated place for it): dishwasher, oven, and induction cooktop, as well as a water heater are built-in. In the bathroom, there is a bathtub with a shower function.
The second bedroom – children's room – can easily fit two school-aged children.
The living room is a common space where we have a dining area, a library, a seating set, and a place where there is a hook on the ceiling for hanging a swing, or as in our case, gymnastics rings.

We decided to sell because we moved to the house – a new stage is ahead of us, but we part with this apartment with great sentiment and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.
