Beware, it can be deceptive when it's 18 degrees outside and we check the weather on the balcony;) For those who like shade - we have an exterior curtain! For cat lovers - we have a net!

The apartment is located in Harmony Park estate, at Pieskowa Skala street - a modern, well-kept and very green area. We have several playgrounds, 2 ponds, 3 nurseries, a kindergarten, restaurants, service points, of course shops, bakeries, greengrocers or laundries. There’s also a grilling area! Security and reception available if you need to leave a package.

10 min from Galeria Mokotow, 15 min by bus to Wilanowska Metro. From the estate, bus 165 leaves, two stops to Bokserska loop and Biedronka. 15 min to Warsaw Okecie train station.

A parking space is assigned to the apartment at a price of 60,000 PLN and a storage room of 3.4m² for 15,000 PLN. Attached is a plan showing that connections and layout in the kitchen have been changed.
