SYNDIC'S ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE SALE OF REAL ESTATE

The bankruptcy trustee in the proceedings of a natural person not conducting business announces a written, unlimited bidding auction for the sale of the bankrupt's property in the form of a ½ share in the ownership of a residential unit, for which the District Court in Legnica VI Land and Mortgage Register Department keeps land and mortgage register no. LE1L/00057230/1, i.e. a ½ share in a residential unit located on the first floor (second level) of a multi-family residential building of the tenement type at ul. Stefana Okrzei 6/5, 59-220 Legnica with a usable area of 89.90 m2, consisting of four rooms, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, and hallway along with a cellar

with an area of 4.80 m2 – a total of 94.70 m2, with the residential unit is associated with a share of 10/100 in the common property (KW no. LE1L/00056429/6)

– for a starting price (not lower than) 145,000.00 PLN

(one hundred forty-five thousand zlotys).

The auction will take place on September 25, 2025, at 8:00 AM at the trustee's office in Bielawa

(58-260), ul. Wolności 23.

The auction conditions are specified in the Auction Regulations, which are available for inspection at the trustee's office. Written offers marked "Auction– Legnica" must be submitted to the trustee's office by the deadline of September 19, 2025, at 2:00 PM (the date of receipt of the offer at the trustee's office counts). The offer must include proof of payment of the deposit in the amount of 10% of the starting price to the bankruptcy estate's bank account at PKO BP S.A. no. 90 1020 5138 0000 9102 0545 5250 by the above deadline (the date of receipt of the deposit in the bank account counts). The right to freely choose the bidder, conduct additional negotiations, and change or cancel the auction conditions, including its annulment without giving reasons, is reserved.
