Unique property in the heart of the Old Town, Dlugoszowska Tenement | Old Town Market 9
If you are looking for an apartment with soul, but do not want to give up peace and quiet – I have something special. On the second floor of a beautiful, well-kept tenement house, in the heart of the Old Town with the most characteristic tenements of Warsaw's Old Town — Dlugoszowska Tenement at Old Town Market 9, there is space for your own arrangement.
The Dlugoszowska Tenement, also known as Herman's House, was built in the 15th century by Herman, the first known owner. From 1579 to 1655, it belonged to the Dlugosz family, including Pawel Dlugosz, the mayor of Old Warsaw, who commissioned its reconstruction in the first half of the 17th century. The building survived numerous fires and destruction, and after World War II was rebuilt in 1952-1953 according to the design of Mieczyslaw Kuzma and Jozef Chodaczek. The facade of the tenement is decorated with polychromes on animal themes by Juliusz and Krystyna Studnicki, which adds to its unique character.
This apartment is a great choice for both those who want to live in the center with class and for investors – the location speaks for itself. Ideal for short-term rental, office, studio, or a place to live with character.
The windows overlook a green, intimate courtyard – zero street noise.
The apartment consists of two rooms, a kitchen in the passage, a bathroom with a toilet, and a hallway. The floor is parquet.
This is a unique opportunity to become the owner of a part of Warsaw's history and invest in a property with a unique character.
We invite you to contact us and arrange a presentation of this extraordinary apartment.
