REAL ESTATE SALE ANNOUNCEMENT

Suburban Investments Group sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw [hereinafter: Company], informs about written tenders for the following properties [each property is sold separately in a separate tender]:

1. Ownership of undeveloped land, designated as plot number 396/2, located in the village of Pregowo Gorne, gm. Kolbudy, gdański district, pomorskie voivodeship, for which the District Court Gdansk-North in Gdansk, Division III of Land and Mortgage Registers maintains land and mortgage register no. GD1G/00226794/5, for a price not lower than 53,100.00 PLN, (plus any applicable VAT).

Offer characteristics:

1. The criterion for selecting the offer will be the highest price.

2. The starting prices of the properties are amounts resulting from market values based on valuation reports prepared by property appraisers.

3. Offers must be submitted in person at the office in Chorzow (41-506), ul. Dzialkowa 8, on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM or sent by mail [the date and time of receipt at the office within the deadline set by the Company Suburban Investments Group sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, i.e. by 16.10.2025. on the last day of the deadline by the hours indicated in the regulations regarding the tender for a given property, along with a note allowing identification of which property the offer pertains to. The detailed content of the annotation is specified in the tender regulations.

4. A condition for participation in the tender is prior payment of a deposit in the amount specified in the tender regulations, to the Company's bank account, number: 84 8436 0003 0000 0026 9546 0007 [Bank MBS]. The recognition of the Company's bank account must occur no later than the day before the opening of offers. All bank fees related to the transfer of the deposit are borne by the bidder.

5. The evaluation of offers will take place at the office in Chorzow (41-506) ul. Dzialkowa 8, on 16.10.2025 at the hours indicated in the tender regulations starting from 1:00 PM. Each bidder is entitled to participate in the meeting where the offers will be evaluated.

6. In the event that the highest offers contain the same price or the highest prices differ by an amount up to 10% of the value of the highest submitted offer, the tender committee will qualify these offers for an additional oral auction, which will take place in the same location (ul. Dzialkowa 8, 41-506 Chorzow), on the day of the tender resolution (16.10.2025).

The amount of the bid has been specified for each item of the tender separately and is also indicated in the regulations.

7. The conclusion of the sale agreement will take place within the timeframe set by the Company, not exceeding three months from the date of the tender resolution.

8. Transaction costs of the sale are borne solely by the buyer.
