NOTICE OF THE SYNDIC ON THE SALE OF REAL ESTATE

The bankruptcy estate administrator in the proceedings of a natural person not conducting business activity announces a written, unlimited bidding auction for the sale of the following properties located in the area (village) 0003, Jarluty Male, Regimin municipality, Ciechanow county, Mazowieckie voivodeship:

1. ownership of the built-up land property, i.e. land plot no. 408/1 with an area of 0.1834 HA built with an agricultural building with a usable area of 90.40 m2 (requires urgent renovation - technical condition of the building is poor), for which the District Court in Ciechanow VI Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains KW no. PL1C/00054648/9 – for a starting price (not lower than) 13,000.00 PLN (thirteen thousand zlotys),

2. a share in 1/8 of the ownership of the undeveloped land property (used for agricultural purposes), i.e. plot no. 417 with an area of 1.9398 HA, for which the District Court in Ciechanow maintains KW no. PL1C/00012413/7 – for a starting price (not lower than) 3,500.00 PLN (three thousand five hundred zlotys),

3. a share in 5/32 of the ownership of undeveloped land properties (used for agricultural purposes), i.e. plots no. 320, 331, 341/1, 341/2, 545, 546, and 508/2 with a total area of 4.0443 HA, for which the District Court in Ciechanow maintains KW no. PL1C/00050866/5 – for a starting price (not lower than) 10,260.00 PLN (ten thousand two hundred sixty zlotys),

The auction will take place on September 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the syndic's office in Bielawa (58-260), ul. Wolnosci 23.

The auction conditions are specified in the Auction Regulations, which are available for inspection at the syndic's office. Written offers marked "Auction - Jarluty Male" must be submitted to the syndic's office by the deadline of September 19, 2025, at 2:00 PM (the date of receipt of the offer at the syndic's office counts). The offer must include proof of payment of the deposit in the amount of 10% of the starting price to the bankruptcy estate bank account at PKO BP S.A. no. 67 1020 5138 0000 9302 0540 4738 by the above deadline (the date of receipt of the deposit in the bank account counts). The right to freely choose the bidder, conduct additional negotiations, and change or cancel the auction conditions, including its annulment without giving reasons, is reserved.
