Based on the decision dated February 28, 2025, GL1G/GU/102/2025, the bankruptcy estate administrator Damian Bolacki will sell the assets included in the bankruptcy estate of the debtor Anna Drewno under the following conditions: 1. The subject of sale includes: a) an unbuilt land property described by plot number 369/3 with an area of 0.1500 ha, for which the IV Department of Land and Mortgage Registers of the District Court in Opole Lubelski maintains land and mortgage register number LU1O/00076250/4, with the estimated value reduced by 15% to 63,300.00 PLN. b) an unbuilt land property described by plot number 369/4 with an area of 0.2000 ha, for which the IV Department of Land and Mortgage Registers of the District Court in Opole Lubelski maintains land and mortgage register number LU1O/00076623/0, with the estimated value reduced by 15% to 84,310.00 PLN. 2. The sale of the indicated assets is based on the Act of February 28, 2003, Bankruptcy Law (hereinafter referred to as PU), civil code. 3. The sale may occur for a price not lower than the indicated starting price. 4. A detailed description of the subject of sale will be provided by the bankruptcy estate administrator in response to the bidder's inquiry and is available on the administrator's website. 5. The sale will occur to the bidder offering the highest price, for a price not lower than the minimum price. The bidder whose offer is selected will become the sole owner of the property chosen by the bidder. 6. Offers in Polish or translated into Polish by a sworn translator in sealed envelopes preventing their opening with a clear and legible designation of the bidder, as well as the note "Proceedings for the sale of the indicated unbuilt land property of the debtor Anna Drewno - DO NOT OPEN" must be delivered by August 28, 2025, to the address: Kancelaria Syndycy Slascy Damian Bolacki, Ul. Traugutta 31/1, 44-370 Pszow. The date of receipt counts. 7. The bidder for the acquisition of the subject of the proceedings should, under penalty of non-recognition of the offer by the administrator, pay into the bank account of the Organizer maintained at Santander Bank Polska with the number 06 1090 0088 0000 0001 6164 0419 a deposit of 10% of the starting price. Submission of at least one offer is sufficient to conduct the sale proceedings for the above-mentioned asset. 8. The evaluation of offers will take place on August 29, 2025, at 12:00 at the Bankruptcy Administrator's Office in Pszow at ul. Traugutta 31/1 in the presence of all interested parties. The bankruptcy estate administrator will select the most advantageous offer based on the price criterion. The bidder whose price is accepted will be promptly notified electronically of the selection made. 9. The possibility of canceling in whole or in part the proceedings or its annulment at any stage without giving a reason is reserved.
