NOTICE OF SALE OF BANKRUPTCY ASSETS It is announced that the sale by free hand in the form of a tender, for the highest offered price, not lower than 484,000.00 PLN (in words: four hundred eighty-four thousand zlotys) of the ownership rights to undeveloped land located in the Zgierz district, gm. Ozorkow, district 19-Sokolniki at Lawendowa Street 25, 27, 29, for which the District Court in Zgierz V Land Registry Department maintains land and mortgage register no. LD1G/00104128/0, designated as three land plots no. 328/15, 328/16 and 328/17 with a total area of 0.3636 ha along with a fractional share of 1/40 in the ownership rights to the property covered by KW LD1G/00088664/0 constituting an internal road designated as land plots no. 328/5, 328/7, 328/9 and 328/30 with a total area of 0.8891 ha. The offer along with the required documents should be placed in a sealed envelope marked "Purchase Offer - Sokolniki" and sent by registered mail or courier (absolutely by registered shipment) to the address: Syndic Office Dorota Borkowska, Okoniowa Street 7/2, 91-498 Lodz, by August 25, 2025 (the date of delivery of the offer to the given address is decisive; in courier shipments, please indicate the recipient's phone number for the courier: 725 309 313).
