Based on the decision dated February 25, 2025, GL1G/GU/108/2025, the bankruptcy estate administrator Aneta Brachaczek will sell the assets included in the bankruptcy estate of the debtor Artur Paskuda under the following conditions: 1. The subject of the sale is an unbuilt land property located in Krzanowice, described in the land registry as plot number 1808 with an area of 0.1020 ha, for which the V Department of Land and Mortgage Registers of the District Court in Raciborz maintains the land and mortgage register number GL1R/00061677/8. The starting price is reduced by 15% and amounts to 47,200.00 PLN. 2. The sale of ownership rights to the land property occurs based on the Act of February 28, 2003, Bankruptcy Law (hereinafter referred to as PU), civil code. 3. The sale may occur for a price not lower than the indicated starting price. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the sale will be provided by the bankruptcy estate administrator in response to the bidder's inquiry and is available on the administrator's website. 5. The sale will occur to the bidder offering the highest price, for a price not lower than the minimum price. The bidder whose offer is selected will become the sole owner of the aforementioned land property. 6. Offers in Polish or translated into Polish by a sworn translator in sealed envelopes preventing their opening with a clear and legible designation of the bidder, as well as the note "Proceedings for the sale of ownership rights to the land property of the debtor Artur Paskuda - DO NOT OPEN" must be delivered by August 28, 2025, to the address: Syndicate Office Aneta Brachaczek, Traugutta 31/1, 44-370 Pszow. The bidder for the acquisition of the subject of the proceedings should, under the penalty of non-recognition of the offer by the administrator, pay into the bank account of the Organizer held at Santander Bank Polska S.A. with the number 37 1090 0088 0000 0001 6172 8034 a deposit of 10% of the starting price. Submission of at least one offer is sufficient to conduct the proceedings for the sale of the aforementioned asset. 8. The evaluation of offers will take place on August 29, 2025, at 12:30 PM at the Syndicate Office in Pszow at Traugutta 31/1 in the presence of all interested parties. The selection of the most advantageous offer using the price criterion will be made by the bankruptcy estate administrator.
