The manor in Przybyslaw is a classicist noble residence that served as the seat of the von Borcke family. It is located about 100 km from Szczecin in the municipality of Krzecin. Together with the historic park and farmyard, it constitutes one of the few completely preserved farm complexes and is one of the few residential objects that had a permanent user after the war and was continuously renovated. The historic park along with the palace occupies an area of about 6 ha. This is an ideal place for running AGROTURISM, a RESIDENCE, aesthetic medicine, or an elegant senior home.
Important information: in January 2007, the roof renovation was completed according to the requirements of the conservator of monuments.
In the 1980s, drains were installed in the basement, wooden ceilings were replaced, and ceramic ceilings were introduced. The object is set on stone foundations, stable placement, complete basement walls, not moldy, with a depth of 280 cm, a ground depression of 140 cm, accessible from the inside via stairs next to the kitchen elevator.
From the park side - terrace. Two entrances lead to the interior of the building in the middle of the long walls.

The manor in Przybyslaw is one of the few that, after adaptation for residential-office purposes, retained numerous elements of the original decor and equipment from the 19th century. The most valuable - in the representative rooms, hall, and ballroom:
- wooden staircase with a gallery and balustrade
- numerous built-in wardrobes
- fireplace made of stone imitating marble
- double-winged roof doors
- medallions on the walls
- neo-Gothic tiled stove
- neo-Baroque tiled stove, kitchen elevator
FLOORS;
in the area of the vestibule, corridor, ballroom, dining room - boards;
hall and living room - historical parquet - stickers with the date 1842)
sanitary rooms - modern terracotta
WOODWORK:
front stairs - stone; in the hall wooden with a balustrade leading to the gallery, to the basement - wooden, overall good condition, without structural threats
WINDOWS: all set in original openings; generally preserved windows of the ground floor and II floor
DOORS: mostly original 19th century; new - to sanitary rooms; front doors - double-winged, double-folding, doors to the recess under the gallery stairs - closed with a decorative metal grate with vine motifs:
FACADES - underwent the most changes, during the renovation the architecture was simplified.
INTERIOR LAYOUT - despite renovations, it does not show secondary features; the historical division is preserved: the southern-western part as private; the northern-eastern part - representative, mezzanine and attic - residential-office.
The ground floor of the manor has a two-tract character: in the middle is a vestibule and a representative hall with a staircase and gallery. On the northern side of the vestibule is a short inter-tract corridor, behind it a dining room and next to the front wall a room with a kitchen elevator, bathroom, and toilet. On the left side of the hall is a ballroom connected with the aforementioned hall, corridor, and dining room. On the right side of the hall and vestibule is the private part: secondarily divided into 2 living rooms, 2 rooms, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom.
Mezzanine - residential and utility rooms (to be renovated)
PARK - manor park from the first half of the 19th century with a historically preserved composition, basic species and quantitative composition. Limes and beeches (about 150 years), spruces, alders, maples (about 70 years), healthy tree stand, occasionally maintained, contemporary hedges of boxwood, several ponds. Fencing - along the village road - brick wall on a stone foundation, further farm buildings and the manor, from the south a metal mesh.
FARMSTEAD: shape of an inverted T, utility-residential building, barn, stable, sheepfold, pigsty, carpentry, pigeon house
