New Yeast Factory is located in the southeastern part of Krakow, in the Biezanow-Prokocim district, named after the street on which it is located. This, in turn, refers to the history of the former yeast factory in this location. In the second half of the 19th century, when Biezanow was still a village, it belonged to the Czecz de Lindenwald family, who established the Yeast and Spirit Factory of Stanislaw Porebski and Jan Czecz here. Although the factory did not survive to this day, its building still stands. The New Yeast Factory project is an investment that harmoniously integrates with the history of the place, focusing on renewing the former factory buildings. The plan aims to create a residential-service space with high-quality finishes that will be both intimate and functional.

The project is divided into three stages:
